Our purpose is to share the unconditional love of Jesus and the hope that flows from it. We believe the best way to love is to say it often, give it freely and show it each day.
The circumstances of the children we seek to help may be different. But one aspect of their stories is the same: They have known abuse, neglect, and abandonment by the very people who should have loved them above all.
At Legacy Acres, they will find hope. At Legacy Acres, they will find love. At Legacy Acres, they will find Christian men and women who care for them — often for the first time.
Emergency Care Facility
There is an urgent need for a loving shelter for children caught in bad situations in our community. Weekly, caseworkers at Child Protective Services are challenged with finding a place for these kids to sleep, eat, and be clothed. LEGACY ACRES is joining forces with our Gulf Coast communities to build a home-like facility where they can be housed in comfort and receive the necessary care.
