Operation First Child
Legacy Acres needs your help to provide a loving emergency care shelter for hurting kids who have no place to go. Weekly, children on the Gulf Coast find themselves in hopeless situations through no fault of their own. Their stories are many, such as a parent overdosing or being arrested or being too ill to provide care.
Legacy Acres is a non-profit 501c3 organization committed to providing relief for these children with a welcoming, warm emergency care facility to reduce the stress on abused, abandoned, or neglected children.
Caring for Children Grow Our Communities
We work toward building a home-like shelter nestled in a rural setting with live-in-home missionaries on call 24/7/365 to care for these unfortunate children in their time of need. There are several ways you can help, but presently we need to raise funds to absorb the costs of purchasing land and constructing our facility.
Legacy Acres can have a facility up and running as soon as next year with your support. It’s a people journey, and we are proud of our community for the contributions we’ve received so far. We faithfully pray for our supporters to go through an immersive, expansive, and ongoing experience where they can see tangible evidence of the facility they helped to build.
